What if my clothes are heavily stained?
We try our best to remove the stains by adapting the best washing cycle, detergent, temperature suitable for the garment, however in case of tough stains, we would recommend you to use our stain removal or dry cleaning service.
How long you take to return the garments?
We typically return garments within 2 to 3 business days. However, turnaround time may vary depending on the type of garment and any special treatment required. Express service may also be available upon request.
How can I pay for the services?
We accept multiple payment methods, including credit/debit cards, mobile payments, and cash.
Does Dry cleaning process removes all the stains?
Dry cleaning is effective at removing most stains, especially those caused by oils and grease. However, some stains—such as ink, wine, or dye-based marks—may not be completely removable depending on how long they’ve set and the fabric type. Baker Cleaners always does its best to pre-treat and minimize any visible residue.
